πŸ’₯ STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR international TALENT IS where magic happens. πŸ’₯

✨ Team synergy is a key part of it. ✨

Companies across Canada are constantly looking for talent. πŸ‘€

Talent all around the world dreams of living in beautiful places. πŸ’«

For French speaking people, coming to Canada is relatively simple as long as you get support with the connecting process.

...we step in to help you align your organizational strategy and your efforts. πŸ’₯

so what do we do?

The Logistics

Let me explain...

We partner with organizations, and international candidates who have executive leadership experience are able to communicate (in written, spoken, and emojis) with their future english-speaking team here in Canada.

Land Acknowledgement and Gratitude

Image of Siwash Rock in Stanley Park. Connected to Indigenous Squamish people.

Cerise Compass is humbled and grateful to be conducting work on the beautiful ancestral, unceded, stolen and occupied, traditional lands of the xΚ·mΙ™ΞΈkΚ·Ι™yΜ“Ι™m (Musqueam), SΙ™lΜ“ΓlwΙ™taΚ” (Tsleil-Watuth), and SkwxwΓΊ7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples.

After moving to this land a third of her life ago, Kim sought to learn the truths of Canada's often untold colonial history and continued attempted erasure of the many worldviews and social systems of Canada's Indigenous peoples.

Ressources to learn from include:

  • The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada
  • The National Enquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls,
  • The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples
  • Listen to Kuper Island, CBC Podcast: https://www.cbc.ca/listen/cbc-podcasts/1062-kuper-island.

Cerise Compass considers it to be its duty and honour to humbly bring awareness to, and engage in active unlearning and learning, honouring of the wisdom of elders, matriarchs, and culture keepers through its practice and impact.
